Great all across the board. Service was absolutely amazing. If you haven't tried the cheesecake, do try it, it's amazing. Staff very professional and friendly. Very comfy atmosphere. Great place to take the whole family..
The food was amazing! Our waitress was very nice. The line for the grill was long, but the cooks were very fast. It was a little loud, but they can't really help that. It was pretty expensive but worth the money. I definitely recommend it.
We are regulars here. Being able to build your own meal makes it easy to please all our various dietary preferences. We almost never have to wait for a table. The staff at this HuHot do a good job of monitoring the open food tables, keeping it neat and well stocked. Our drinks and rice bowls never get empty.
My Husband picked Hu-Hot tonight. He’s never ate here, the food was good, and he liked the experience. But, what really stood out to us was the service! We for sure had one of the best servers in the Cedar Valley! Very personable, attentive, funny, and efficient. It was nice being thanked when you leave a tip, that typically NEVER happens anymore. We also tipped the grill guys, but they didn’t notice. Thank you, Benjamin for the great experience eating at Hu-Hot tonight!
This was a great HuHot experience. The staff were friendly and the facility was nice. Our exciting building our meals was smooth and quick, and our meals were delicious. I would recommend this location to others for a family meal.
Wow! Our first visit here did not disappoint! Our server, Ben, was full of professional and positive energy, with a load of information about the menu and how it worked. He is without a doubt now in our top 3 servers in the Cedar Valley.
Always a little loud. The protein, veggies, noodle and fruit selections were all fresh and appealing. The chefs at the grill knew what they were doing.
Clean and comfy as usual. Food was great. But OUR WAITRESS was AMAZING. Janelle was so friendly, inviting and consistent. She checked on us and made today's experience worth the long awaited lunch date for my boyfriend and I. She deserves nothing buy praise and appreciation.
